NOMINA is a Swiss company whose head office is in Zurich. We provide first-class asset management, comprehensive consolidation, a perfect family office and individual services, all for the most discerning clients, all for you.
Nomina is different from classic asset management. We go further and manage assets - individually, very personally and with the utmost care.
After personal discussions, we will develop a tailor-made investment profile for you, in order to maintain and grow your assets in the long term. Our investment policy is globally orientated. We concentrate on marketable securities from companies with a positive track record, on investments in investment funds and ETFs as well as on direct investments in securities. Of course, we also offer traditional, derivative financial instruments.
The demand for consolidation is ever-increasing. We consolidate your various bank accounts, portfolios and shares, analysing opportunities and risks as we do so. We also provide regular and detailed reporting. Nomina gives you a complete overview of all of your finances and investments.
You get precisely the advice that you need and this advice is not standardised, but individual and independent. We also guarantee the highest degree of transparency when it comes to our work, but absolute discretion when it comes to third parties. Our successes show that you can trust us, both in the short and in the long term.
As a family office, Nomina offers you the right structure for all of your finances. We take over all of the coordination, represent you in negotiations and take care of all of your financial concerns. It goes without saying that we also provide you with the best service in order to fulfil your other, individual wishes.
Nomina is and always will be independent. We are not tied to specific solutions and we always make decisions with the client - you - in mind. Our size and exclusivity means that our decision-making processes are short and quick. We provide you with everything from a single source, personally and directly.
You are interested in investing in renewable energy and in healthcare. Nomina offers custom-built services for the strategic evaluation of such investment projects.
We accompany our private and institutional clients extensively during the whole process of a business transaction and incur strategy check, financial and liquidity planning as well as capital procurement. Furthermore, we conduct the Due Diligence. Our well-versed team of experts in the field of energy and healthcare allows us to provide technical and economic independent consultancy as well as guaranteed discreet transaction flow.
